Damages and Issues
- If your shipment comes to you damaged, please let us know. We require a photo of the package, and the damage to the contents. We will then decide whether we will send you a replacement (on us), or if we need to contact the U.S.P.S.
- If your package is insured, U.S.P.S may require you to contact them. We will make sure you have a tracking number.
Exceptions like non-returnable items or items with return limitations.
- There are no returns due to the fact you do not like the scent. We do not guarantee you will like the scent but we give a description so you should be able to tell what it will smell like.
